Q: Can I alter the colors or fonts in one of your designs? A: Certainly! All of my designs can be changed to fit your needs. Please indicate any changes you would like in the special requests box when you order. Q: I love one of your baby announcements, and would like to use that design as a wedding announcement. Is this possible? A: Yes, any of my designs can be used as other products. You can simply order the the design you like and in the special requests box, indicate the information and changes you would like. Or, if you prefer, you can just contact me , and we can go from there. Q: Can you make make note cards to match the announcements I'm choosing? A: Yes, I can make matching note cards or gift tags to any design on the site. Just contact me , or add a note in the special requests box of the Announcements you are ordering, and I'll be sure to design your matching notes. Q: Will I receive a proof before my order prints? A: Yes. No order will be sent to print until I have an approved proof from the customer. As soon as I finish your design, I will email you the proof and ask for an approval. If any revisions are needed, I will complete those as soon as possible and resubmit a proof to you. Once you approve your proof, I will send your design off to print. Q: How often do you add new designs? A: I am constantly adding new products to my site. I currently have over 350 designs on my site, and I will continue to add more as I finish them! Q: Are your products sold individually or in sets? A: Both. Many of my products, such as, invitations, announcements, and holiday cards can be ordered individually. This ends up saving you from having to order 40, when you only need 36. Other items such as note cards & gift tags are sold in sets. The amount that comes in each set will be listed in the product description. Q: Are envelopes included with your products? A: Most of my products include matching white envelopes. The product description will clarify if an envelope is included or not. If not, then some products give you the option to add on envelopes for an additional fee. You can always purchase envelopes through my "stationery upgrades " link if your product does not include an envelope, or if you are looking for something other than white. Q: Do you design on the back of your cards? A: More and more customers are requesting designs on the back to make their cards stand out, while others would rather save money not doing so. Whether you are wanting black and white directions, registry information, or a full color matching design, those options are available to you.
